Insiders must be dumping again today...

ARIBA INC. (ARBA): Three Ariba Inc. insiders sold a total of 384,000 shares of the
company's common stock in October. Vice President for Engineering K. Charly
Kleissner sold 154,000 shares between Oct. 22 and Oct. 25 at prices ranging from
approximately $154.41 per share to approximately $165.03 per share. At the end of the
month, the VP directly owned 394,000 shares and indirectly owned another 6,000
shares. Vice President for Marketing David Rome sold 150,000 shares between Oct. 22
and Oct. 26 at prices ranging from approximately $146.34 per share to approximately
$164.55 per share. At the end of the month, Rome directly owned 484,000 shares and
indirectly owned an additional 6,000 common shares. Paul Melchiorre, vice president for
North America operations, sold 80,000 Ariba shares between Oct. 22 and Oct. 26 at
prices ranging from approximately $146.34 per share to approximately $164.55 per
share. At the end of the month, the VP directly owned 170,000 shares and indirectly
owned an additional 40,000 shares.
