Jim, They have the best government money can buy, people buy it all the time. The revolutionary part has frozen the scheme in place when the revolted and won power. Like the communists they wanted to look after their own first.
We hear legendary stories of corruption by Mexican officials at all levels. This is the waelth that has been stolen from the people, which, if re-invested from day 1, would have made Mexico on a par with the USA. They need another revolution.

background of those 90%, so you feel much better
than in U.S.?
