I don't get that impression at all - do you have details of any poison pill - or are you referring to the comment by an analyst that some of the J/Vs where PGD has a minority position, act in effect as a 'poison pill'? IMO there is enough meat now at Tulawaka and Golden Ridge, and there are enough prospects where PGD is 100 % to make the minority J/Vs 'icing on the cake'. There is also some now drilling scheduled for Peru.

Robert,

The poison pill only makes a buy out expensive IF it is UNFRIENDLY. The goal of these poison pills is give time to secure competing bids.
