Ed, rather that I continue with my off the wall posts to explain
how I undestand what Global is about, I would appreciate it if you
could identify if we on this thread should base our discussion only
on official available information from Global posted Oct 7 last month,
or include the speculation information you received from Twiford
last month that seems to have changed the scope and direction of
the last Global release of Oct 7.

The reason I ask this is because you posted information that you
received from Twiford in either a telephone or e-mail contact,
and my last understanding was that Twiford was not an employee of
Global, but payed as an outside contractor doing consultant work for
Global. As to the terms and agreements of his contract to Global we
have no idea as to the legal rights of what new knowledge he obtains
while on Global time, and if he can take any with him for his own
use outside of Global. I am sure that if Jensen regards Twiford more
than an outside contractor, that Jensen might give Twiford permission
to share in any research wealth outside the company Global, for example,
that J & T Cat Company owned by Jensen and Twiford might obtain
information derived from Twiford's work for Global at Global. This ofcourse
would be contested as unfair by the shareholders, and seened as Jensen
giving away company property in a way to violate his duty as president
of this company.

Everything I have posted prior to this post is obtained thru a lack of
communication from Global to shareholders, which transforms itself into
concern for our investment, and a follow thru to unfounded and
sometimes wild speculation. At this point in time it is noted that
Global has, and thus I assume still does, monitor this SI thread,
and it is now noted that Global has not addressed any concern to the
posts on this thread, leading to my conclusion that Global does not
feel any damaging or invalid information towards Global is obtained
thru a read of the posts on this thread. If it was the case then Global
would have addressed this long ago either thru a news release or
thru legal means directed thru SI administration. Noted is that this
type of wild or nonsense or off the wall speculation has been a constant
presents on this thread for over a year, and thus notification of its
presents has been clearly present for Global to accept and deal with,
and at present the statement from Global is to accept it as a non problem.

Follows is the latest official release from Global, and if we accept
this as still valid and ignore any heresay from you thru the person
Twiford who is not an employee of Global, then lets discuss what Global
last said and where we are as shareholders about it.

Global Platinum + Gold, Inc. Announces Order For
Production Facility

SALT LAKE CITY, Oct. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- The following is being issued by
Global Platinum + Gold, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GPGI - news):

Global is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement to have a
small turnkey production facility constructed and delivered to our mill
site in approximately three weeks from date. This agreement arises out
of a successful laboratory demonstration wherein Global's leach
solutions were found to be compatible with a technology provided to us
by our supplier.

For the past number of weeks, Global has been engaged in developing and
testing a new leach and precipitation method. The assays of the leach
precipitate show significant amounts of gold, platinum, palladium and
rhodium. As of this date, Global as in inventory approximately 75 pounds
of dried precipitate and intends to recover the precious metals
therefrom utilizing this new production facility.

Global believes these recent developments represent an extraordinary
turning point in Global's ability to recover platinum group metals from
its ores. It is to be emphasized the turnkey facility we have now
contracted for to be constructed and delivered to
our mill site is in essence a pilot plant. Once a determination is made
this technology works satisfactorily, then Global intends to move up to
a much larger production facility. Our supplier has also agreed to make
available their technical personnel to put the plant into operation and
train Global's personnel in the operation of the plant. One of the many
advantages of using this technology is that the platinum group metals
alluded from each days operations require little or no further refining
and can be sold immediately to the end user.

This communication to shareholders and the public contains certain
forward-looking statements. Actual results may differ materially from
those indicated by such statements. All statements, other than
statements of historical fact, included herein, including, without
limitations statements regarding future production, are forward looking
statements that involve various risks and uncertainties. There can be no
assurance that such statements will prove to be accurate and actual
results and future events could differ materially from those anticipated
in such statements.

Ed, what would you think if Jensen intentionally decided against becoming fully reporting? Do his socks stick so badly that they can't see the light of day? I think the courts would find in the favor of shareholders if he purposely defaulted on filing. Even a poor shell like CHIP filed cleanly. Shareholders could end up owning the new plant, company, and all of Jensen's GPGI interests.
