Have you checked out the status of the preferreds? Are they straight or convertible?

I finally got Jim on the phone. The shares are convertible but JDX is not going to release anything on the conversion rate until after the Medsite.com S1's come out. We know that the conversion is at least 1:1 since they are preffered shares but don't have any evidence at this point that it will be higher than this so lets not even speculate and get stars in our eyes. We will know as soon...

Saw this after I posted....JDX had the choice of converting the note to either convertible preferred stock or common stock. I have never seen a lower ratio than 1:1 on preferred stock. The question I guess is it higher than 1:1 or just 1:1...again I don't think we should speculated.
