Rick, I understand from WS sources that NBIX has set up a meeting with analysts for next Monday. Also, they are presenting at Robby Stevens health conference on Tuesday. Word is they will be releasing important news. This may explain the recent run.

Richard - MC4 patent

The race is on to identify and bring to market an orally active MC4 receptor agonist! Question is, who holds the patent? Anyone know where NBIX stands in this regard?
