I didn't think what john said was BS. Also don't think Keith needs to be defended. I don't see why anybody on this thread would or should expect someone else to pick up the phone for them either. No need to get mad I am not having a go at anyone. wayne

I guess you're right in saying that Keith does know a good deal about this company and has been good enough to share it with us. However most of us don't go around posting stuff like "I think a call to the company is in order" and then simply expect him to take our little demands and act on them in a "coddling" manner, to quote a famed newsletter writer. We all have the power to pick up a phone if we want, and the reason this board works is that we each put in the tidbits we find out - I've learned at least as much off CC and Claude as Keith, and I try to throw in the tidbits I learn as well. But I don't just say "hey keith, look this up" and expect it to be done...sorry.

I expect somebody who comes off as knowing everything about a company and that takes credit for it to know something as important as this I just post DD to the thread like everyone else and have never said "I know it all" or wanted any title like "threadmaster". The numbers on Medsite.com just got released this morning. I have asked the company numerous times in the past about the share structure and number of shares they will get but the company has never given out the information. In most NASDAQ IPO's I have watched lately it is a 1:1 ratio but as usual I will phone the company later today when Jim gets back and post the information. Best Regards KEITH
