gbh: Volume does leads price prior to a take over. However,
a take over does not immediately follow an announcement about a delinquent Q.

DD does take time ; upto 8-12 weeks would be a fair period since NN has a number of Overseas sites. As I said before, the CC is going to discuss Sales; not a take over.

A take Over announcement for the next Q is more credible.

I disagee, fore had a modest runup on nothing special in volume. It doesnt always leak out. Besides, the offer might not be formally on the table yet. NN is a good buy on speculation that it could be acquired in the next month or two.
