Upon what do you base your opinion that "CMTO is one of the best run companies you'll find anywhere." I'm biased. I know the CEO and have met the CFO and several VPs. Apart from this, if you scrutinize their SEC filings and compare to the most notable competitor, you won't have to go any further to see who's running a creditable business. Before starting CMTO, Pete was president of ATT's transmission division before it was spun off as Lucent.
