ok, I am back, but will probably only appear once a day...
Here is a stock study
Our candidate here is a Nasdaq gainer that has spiked from 100 to 200% early in the day....
Stock is BWSI
1)stock must have volume at least 10x normal
2)Stock must hit 52 week high
3)Pattern shows no sizeable overhead
4)A good pattern where longer term-target is still higher than where stock is presently trading
5)Stock pulls back during noon hour session, look for potential target buy area by taking high for day and low for day, multiply by 66%, and subtract from high...So on BWSI our buy area would be to subtract 2.80 from 8.25 ,(we would attempt to buy in the 5.45-5.75 area)
6)The stock should pause in this target area and not have the momentum to take it lower..
7)The slow stochastic 1 minute should be in the 20's
The RSI 1 minute should be below 30
8) Once you open your position you can trail the stock up until your stop takes you out...

Or as I did today, when momentum did not reassert itself, sell near the open...out at 7.06...But plan to re-enter if I get my 5.75 again...

SBAS is a popper, look to enter in the 2.00-2.40 area, and sit on it for 6 days..Then sell into the pop.....

Keep an eye on DLIA, a good pop looks like it is coming....

and finally, remember VRTL the dog....The dog has pedigree...
