I can't pull up the picture, but from your comments I assume that it depicts surgery being done on a 21-week-old fetus? Was the fetus put back in the mother's womb afterwards? Because my understanding is that babies aren't viable until around 25 weeks.

If someone wants pictures of preemies that survived, any neonatal intensive care unit around the country has dozens of Polaroids taped to a bulletin board, I don't think they show the ones who didn't make it.

Not sure what all this has to do with abortion.
