An annual report is an audited statement of fact. It is all in there. You think they only put in information selectively? It is not a PR document: it is exactly what it's title suggests, i.e., an ANNUAL REPORT on the companies activities over the previous year. It would be difficult for a company to take over Pangea. They can bid on a property, but not necessarily the whole range of operations. In light of their different joint venture partners, the logistics are too complicated. If you have bought Pangea shares, you are betting on a significant find and not pure speculation that they will be taken out. It could happen, but unlikely IMO.
