The funny thing is that I am not even a naysayer. I am in JDX at $0.73, $0.80, $1.19 and $1.20. I have not sold one share yet.

I know fuddle isn't a newcomer and has some good picks and has done some good DD. I just don't understand why he is blown away that I don't know all the details about a release that was out 4 hours ago? Wouldn't you just assume that is was a 1:1 conversion ratio although you would check when you talked with the company next?
