Ross Systems Announces Four New Agreements

ATLANTA, Nov. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Ross Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: ROSS), a leading supplier of enterprise systems, announced today a series of new agreements. Global Television Network, a wholly owned subsidiary of Can West Global Communications Corp., licensed Ross' iRenaissance Human Resource System. Global Television is headquartered in Toronto and broadcasts via eight television stations in seven Canadian provinces.

Japanese financial service provider, YFS, licensed Ross' iRenaissance Financial Applications. YFS licensed iRenaissance through Ross' Japanese partner System Plaza, Inc. System Plaza, Inc. will provide implementation services to YFS.

In Russia, Company Bashkirskaya Vodka licensed Ross' iRenaissance Enterprise Resource Planning and Supply Chain Management System. The company produces vodka and represents Ross' second sale to a local Russian company. In addition, Ross has multi-national customers in Russia, including Mary Kay Cosmetics and Alcoa's Closure Systems, Inc.

In Spain, the Puente Romano Hotel licensed Ross' iRensaissance Financial Applications. The Puente Romano Hotel is located in Marbella and is rated as one of the leading resort hotels in Spain.
