It really is amazing that no one ever catches on. Let's see, it's coming up on a year from when I started wising up and quit swimming upstream with all the fish. Maybe i'll buy something from MALL, I owe them a lot, they made me money and taught a lesson that so few fish evr learn.

Roger, Of all backdoor IPOs, there's one and only one instance in which the parent company did not fall on ipo day . It, however, subsequently lost 75%, just a delayed reaction. If HNCS falls into this category tomorrow, I'll hold on to my short position and let it play out in the coming weeks.
