Gator, actually, not that rare, HEC took out their nemesis at 40% premium, and VLNC managed to get most of their floorless out as well. Typically, after the floorless is taken out, most stock recover nicely, see the action of ANCR (from the 2' into the 70' after the florrless was taken out and the company showed that they can survive and thrive), if their business prospects are bright. I know not what are the business prospects of GZTC, can you shed some light on that? Zeev
