Just for everyone's interest...I just got off the phone with Jim Graham. As I expected, he was very tight-lipped about whether or not there was a conversion ratio. He basically stated that any information like that couldn't be made public until Medsite files their S1s. Then Jordex could come out with a news release with all the details. My question: is a 1:1 conversion ratio considered "worst case" or is there a possibility of a lower number of shares due to a possible conversion? Anyone familiar with other companies doing the same sort of thing? Cheers, Rob

A non-SIer friend of mine has jdx with DS, i think, as well as another house. It was mentioned earlier that many waited for a technical breakout to get in or to add to earlier shares, well he was one of them, he had a few cheaper but not much, 1.00 and 1.15 were his trigger figures when last we spoke. Have you guys been watching cmgi today ... their overdue bounce started - quote.yahoo.com Bids thinner now, looks like the 1.34s and 1.35s maybe moved up to chew into GP's 1.40s .... what a fascinating game ... feeling compelled to trade, i just entered a sell at 1.49 for the few i picked up yesterday and today ... feels strange on that side, not sure i like it ... oh well, only 35 min left -g- ... cheers, all [edit] - SI down??
