Companies like MCNS are now a dime a dozen (or this this case $300 million). These companies are just offering online medical information and getting revenues from advertising. In my opinion most of these type of companies will be gone in a few years and just a few large ones will dominate the market. On the other hand Medsite.com is firmly entrenched in business-to-business Internet sector and has a wide range of products and services and does not rely on advertising revenue. I don't think companies like MCNS can be compared to Medsite.com in any way.
