North America to Fuzhou, China

VANCOUVER, Canada, Nov 18, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Robert Bell,
President of Rocky Mountain Ginseng, Inc. (OTCBB:RMGG), announced today
that the first shipment of raw materials from North America has arrived
in China and will be used in the production process at the company's
new manufacturing plant situated in Fuzhou, in the province of Fujian.

The plant is slated to go into production before month end and will
supply the company's newest product, Ginseng Honey, for both wholesale
and retail markets in several Chinese provinces.

Regarding the newly announced "Trade Agreement" between China and the
USA, Mr. Brian Hodge, Rocky Mountain's operation manager for China, was
reported to be very enthusiastic about the agreement and believes that
the reduction of trade barriers will greatly benefit both the USA and
China.

Mr. Hodge stated that Rocky Mountain Fuzhou Drug Company Ltd., being
the first wholly owned American company doing business in Fujian
province, is strategically positioned to take advantage of the new
trade policy and that it can only help RMGG attain its business share
of the immense Chinese market.

Mr. Hodge further stated that the new trade agreement should stimulate
more Western companies to begin marketing their products in China and
that RMGG is in an excellent position to assist and joint venture with
companies in the pharmaceutical and healthy food industry wanting to
enter the Chinese market.
