Today's mail arrived and still no letters.

I have now taken the time to e-mail the SEC. They have a help line and sure need help. in any event, e-mail is innocuous - has no odor so they won't have any excuse to get the FBI after me again.

Suggest you all vent your spleen to <help@sec.gov> I marked it to the attn: of Arthur Levitt. If they start getting inundated by e-mails from enough shareholders, the immovable may possibly be budged.

I ended my missive with a line quoted by hawkeye:

JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED

Suggest you all do the same. Like a picket line in front of SEC Headquarters, only this is an e-mail picket sign.

"While technically, it is true that "trading" is not suspended for more than 10-days, the practical effect of the suspension is that what one generally considers as "trading" never occurs again unless the SEC finishes its investigation, discloses its findings, and the company complies with the SEC's demands to the satisfaction of market makers, or successfully challenges those demands in the courts.
