Most participants on SI are too sophisticated and too well informed for your incessant ill informed comments. The "entire" sector "took off" last October '98. One of the few rational aspects of the current market is the disparity of valuations given to this sector. AMAT's 20% after tax profit on sales will not drive companies that have been producing much lower margins and a 1.05 book to bill might be considered slightly disappointing considering the lofty valuations.
