All I can tell you is that Oracle set up facilities in Dublin and everyone I know was recruited aggressively and nobody went. Its impossible to obtain birth control, you can't go over there with an SE (unmarried) and expect to get an apartment (you need to pretend like you are married)... real dark ages stuff. I can't verify... its just rumor mill. But divorce there is illegal which does say a lot doesn't it? If divorce is illegal then "living in sin" probably is too. They probably lock you in the convent for that.
