Ah!!! Man, I wish I could make it. I really do. I made this experimental pasta sauce tonight. Every time I make pasta sauce it's an experiment. The problem is that I don't pay attention to what I put in it. Tonight I put in onions and garlic and chardonnay and some pork tenderloin and man that stuff came out REAL good. The last one was not very good, so this one makes up for it.
