Wow, are smaller, North American traded China stocks ever being hyped and soaring as a result. TOM is certainly not alone in its upward move.

CNBC says:

"But that began to change quickly this week. News of the U.S.-China agreement touched off a buying panic in the relatively few shares available to foreign investors, so-called B shares.

Among the biggest gainers have been stocks that are all but unknown to
most foreign investors – companies like China Prosperity International
Holdings {CPIH}, a major contractor, which rose tenfold Monday, and China Resources Development {CHRB}, a rubber distributor, which doubled yesterday."
