Damn, Gaugs, I wish you'd been my World History teacher.
I might actually know what Mycenean is.
My Cenean
Your Cenean
His Cenean
Yours was cool.

Yep... the Myceneans were tough... did some pretty cool gold drinking mugs though... and those stone gates and walls... monolithic they were alright....

Let's see... "perching" lions... guess that "rampant lions" would just about cover that... (lions up on their haunches a bit)...

And yep... some of those cultures really knew how to build fortresses...and think of horrible things to pour or throw down on warriors heads... although I have to admit that the "itching powder" sounds like a good idea... Nothing like a bunch of itching powder working its way under your hot, sweaty leather and metal armor... yessir... nasty stuff... (I like it...;-}>

Now... let's see... Oh, people who take a fit about their kids getting into things.... They rate right up there with:

* Parents who scream horrible things at other people's kids on their kid's sports team when they don't score a goal, drop a ball, can't keep a puck out of the net in a hockey game...

* Parents who come into the showring at a country fair and make a big scene in front of everyone as they give the judge shit for not placing their kid first in a cattle showmanship class (..talk about being "without any class").

Hmmm... glad I don't have to deal with too much of that stuff... I don't think I have enough "graceful" bones in my body to be able to be polite... ;-}>
