CW:The short answer is No! Why should they agree to anything that would be harmful to the company ,the employees, the shareholders and most importantly the consumers. Why don't you write DOJ and implore them to be reasonable. There are 2 things wrong here. 1. The trial was totally one-sided. It reminded me of that slap stick skit on TV that began with the guy yelling "here Come Da Judge" 2. The remedies being bandied about are not only ineffective and unworkable they actually fly in the face of curing the ills that the Judge thinks might occur in the future if MSFT is allowed to exist as it is.

The long conclusion is therefore No as well!
