ROFLMAO! Actually, I don't have a problem with lawyers and I never have. Hey, I'm a stone's throw away from the courthouses in Brooklyn and I'm up to my ass in lawyers every time I hit the local pubs for a drink in the evening! At one point, I considered the law myself for a profession. I think I like what I do better, although one of my cousins specializes in criminal law--moved over from family law. As is the case in every profession, we see the good, the bad, and the ugly. As my cousin said once, even the dregs deserve legal representation; it's their right in this country. It's all too easy to blur the distinctions between the legal representatives and the people whom they represent, which is a pity IMO.
