Yes Terry....They clearly state in their annual reports that their aim is to develop into a producer. They have managed their money and joint ventures well. It seems to me that some on this thread are expressing wishful thinking, rather than concentrating on facts. Anyway, I wont argue with them further, as I have 11 other stocks to watch more closely. I have owned Pangea through ups and downs and not sold a share. Another year or two of waiting doesn't bother me....much.

Have you ever seen a poison pill of this kind actually put into effect? I spoke to the President of the company today with regards to the poison pill - and he said it effectively gives the company an extra 19 days in the event of a hostile takeover. So I think this is a straw man.
