All,
just watched ZDtv (ZDnet) live from the Comdex show.

They interviewed Anand. Very short, 5? minutes toward the end of the show which is an hour long.

(Paraphrased...hope no errors )
He first handed Leo a Athlon 900 cpu only.
Discussed good yields on the Athlon and their past bad yields on the K6. I think he said 1H'00 for the 900.

The other topic quickly discussed was the double data rate ram on how he thought it will be faster than Rambus and a whole lot cheaper.

Leo asked if this was the end of iNTEL, Anand said, no, just faster CPUs, competition, lower prices, everybody wins.

Nothing discussed about coppermine.

Hope someone has more to add.
It will be repeated at 11pm CST. It's an hour long show. Channel 354-DirectTV.

FWIW
steve

Petz,

..., but there was a lot of positive news today, so I'd be inclined to let them run until Friday.>

I agree. There is a lot of positive news out there and the usual options expiration pressure may not hold this time.

If the stock goes above 27.5 tomorrow, maybe sell half as many 27.5 calls as you have lower strike price.

If I read it correctly, your opinion is that 27.5 is a kind of maxpain type limit if there is going to be any options expiration pressure. I have the same opinion. So, even under any options expiration pressure, there is still room for stock price appreciation:o)   The calls I have are of $25 strike price and below.

Thanks.

Regards,
Goutama
