nah,,,i think you are right about some pull-back due here....it's only normal....greed......now,,,profit taking going into a little fear,,,then greed again.

rfmd, arba, cmrc (before the split announcement), and a whole mess of others...all heading a bit down...

gblx, mfnx, awre, qwst, wcom, jdsu, etek, cnxt, sdli, yada, yada, yada,,,all have had quite a month...time for a little back-filling and then we can go on....no backing up,,,can't reload....

the difference i see in this rally versus others is that it has been much more broad...that's good for the bulls. pullback to spx to 1375 would be good.

but i know less than jackshit..-g-

John, what do you think of COMS here? The adoption of the PalmOS standard by Sony is a critical development, and the uncertainty about Softie's future will keep them from strong-arming the use of Windows CE; there is a rumor circulating on the value threads of a Palm spinoff/IPO next year, and from what I know of the internal politics of the company, it is likely... momentum is good in the stock now. I'm considering a small position.

Re-opened my MER short today.

Don't forget trade deficit numbers in the morning. The fact that they have not been hyped ninety different ways by the bubbleheads and new-agers probably means that they won't be good.
