I'm not acquainted first hand with the RIS spin-off--just what I've read here and there. And I haven't read any fine print.

On the surface it sounds like some other people HAVEN'T done their math and that you've come up with a way to buy UP shares in the bargain basement---kind of like the TJMAXX for Ultra Petroleum.

Keith,

Your shares are NOT being efficiently discounted by the market. If one wants to invest in UP right now,they would do well to buy your shares.
Incidentally,this isn't unusual for "holding" companies as their value often goes unrecognized.
