Ciao, with millions in revenue, a clean balance sheet, experienced mgmt in China, improving margins, the upcoming IPO of their China based subsidiary, the re-org of the ministries behind them, the readiness of their Fibersmart product (correspondence I had last year indicated they believed Fibersmart could add $30M in revenues... re: this was before the trade agreement), the trade agreement, the market's euphoria, an upcoming PR that will blow the lid off the stock (ok, this last point is speculation/crystal ball stuff - indulge me, a little hype feels good).
