Dan, I left Infobeat over a year ago for a more traditional finance job at a trust company. They later were sold to Sony and Exactis was formed as an e-mail delivery service. From what I understand from Infobeat's privacy leak, it was more like an unforeseen door being left open and nobody walking in. The information was inadvertently passed to the Ad's site, but the receiving web site didn't collect or use that information. Its an embarrassment, an accident that has been fixed. I haven't listened to MESG's CC, but anytime you get promises like that with no business fundamentals to back it up, I'd be concerned. Look what happened to NEON. Although its a totally different company, you can't sell the Street bullshit. They had better deliver, same as Exactis, on the goods. Tom
