Well here goes another query that I hope someone may be familiar with---Yesterday, I installed the new cdrom---except now when I X out of the pgm and then try to shut down my computer, it won't shut down. When I hit Start/Shutdown etc, a message comes up saying 'the file is not responding'--have to hit 'end task' to get back to desktop--then I try again and get same message--so, then I pressed control/alt/delete and deleted most the open pgms running in the background (except explorer) and again tried to shut down--same message-no luck. Finally had to hit power button to turn off.-----all my other pgms work fine (can run, then close then can shut down computer)--except TCV4!----Has anybody else experienced this reaction or have any ideas? many thanks
