D.Bryan, strutturalmente sano TDC is thank you. But seems like you once again have been called to action, or might I say help others that need help. Let me guess. Be it a r-r I see ok ? B a r r i c k ? b a x marks the spot or a b x the spot or a b an x yes, ABX - Barrick folks called you to deliver you Fools message. <<... next bunch of loosers.>> <<Long live Tyhee Development Corp. & Doug AK(the piper).>> <<... world looks forward .. line up the NEXT BUNCH OF FOOLS>> So who sent you this time, let me guess Ron ? ? = mount everest ? how about a letter a d or 2 as in dd a double d But like I said in my post about a TDC thread made by me, I will make it after Dave Webb presents enough information that will allow investors to obtain more than a possible based on maby and what if and could. Once Dave completes the follow up to see if his interpertations of the data supplied to make "initial contact" with the land was on the money, then all interested will have enough information to make a speculation investment into TDC. At present TDC is an unknowned for MGR/20 to TDC shareholders. Bumbat is an unknowned as for what will happen, and Dave Webb is presently obtaining data from TDC's other areas. Anything is possible, and yes currently MGR shares into TDC shares with the consolidation are near worthless for those who invested into MGR over one dollar. I entered long after the initial sales pitch (hype) for MGR thru the Bumbat venture, and so far the only sales pitch Dave has presented is simple facts about where and how he sees a potential in the initial fact findings. Where it goes from here, as in what worth or value is to become of Dave's taken MGR to TDC is not yet possible to determine. My guess is that in 2 months Dave will have enough information to notify the TDC shareholders on how his moving MGR into TDC turned out. Assuming Bumbat will remain a lost cause until price of gold increases to $400, then consolidation or not, the price of a share of MGR would still be as worthless as now fliped to TDC. So, Dave Webb gave the value of an MGR share a possible way to increase in value thru becoming TDC. At present both not worth anything to past MGR holders. So the consolidation did not change anything for one to reclaim their investment, but it did give a possible in the future thru TDC. Assume Bumbat remains a total lost, then no consolidation puts MGR in bankruptcy, but consolidation puts MGR into TDC and continuation. Business 101 Doug
