Neo, I totally agree with you all the way on this one. I can tell you just used my post as a jumping off point and am happy to oblige. Pols like Gore don't want to see the money leave the public school, regardless of how little it will impact the money for public schools. He wants to make sure all the bucks possible are retained in a government trove so that they can do their skimming, and diverting funds, to their own use. If a business man were to take control, and cut out all the inefficiency, waste, and corruption, there would be plenty of money to, properly, teach those students in public schools. ^^TD^^
