So What does one have to do to get some sort of customer service from SI and who is Patric and why do I have 4 nonsense type e-mails from him,All I asked was for one simple thing and it has turned into a gigantic waste of my time....better yet I don't want to know ,,,just simply reply yes or no to my request,nothing else.
