Another great release. Tuesday November 23, 8:33 am Eastern Time Company Press Release New License Agreement Announced by dot com Entertainment Group BUFFALO, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 23, 1999--dot com Entertainment Group, Inc. (''dot com'') (OTCBB:DCEG - news) a fully-reporting Internet technology company, announced today that it's wholly owned subsidiary corporation, dot com Antigua Inc., has executed a License Agreement with a private group, which has purchased a license allowing them to make use of the company's proprietary CyberBingo(TM) software system, to promote and develop a French language gaming portal. The marketing and development of a French language gaming portal, featuring the company's award winning Bingo software, is a key step in dot com's execution of its proprietary ''sub-license'' business model. ''Sub-licensees'' are marketing and promotions experts focused on generating game traffic to the company's licensee in St. John's, Antigua. The sub-license concept is designed to create the world's largest online Bingo hall at www.cyberbingo.net. Sub-licensees receive a royalty fee for introducing entirely new player-bases into the CyberBingo(TM) software system. In this sub-license arrangement, the addition of a French language focus will bring players to www.cyberbingo.net who would otherwise never visit this site because of the language barrier. The successful implementation and promotion of this sub-license arrangement is anticipated to impact positively on the number of participants, the size of the jackpots and the royalty income available to dot com. The license agreement provides that this French language sub-licensee will market and promote the CyberBingo(TM) game system in French-speaking jurisdictions, through direct local advertising and through promotion on the French speaking Internet. It also expands the reach of the company's current software systems and future products to a more international client base, which will help achieve branding success in new jurisdictions. In addition to negotiating other sub-license arrangements, dot com is also pursuing the sale of turn-key Bingo software to other arms-length Internet Bingo Hall operators who will offer competing Bingo technology to the CyberBingo(TM) brand. The licensing of dot com's Bingo technology to competing operators will add additional royalty streams outside of the company's sub-license business model. The dot com web site can be visited at www.dceg.com. This site has links to the CyberBingo(TM) game system (www.cyberbingo.net), which operates 24 hours per day, 120 games each day, and is played by players from countries throughout the world. dot com has taken steps to expand the reach of its Internet and commercial software throughout 1999 and 2000 to become a leading provider of Internet entertainment software products and services.
