AA, Please don't take this as nitpicking, but have you adjusted your portfolio's return by beta, taxes and commissions? Assuming that you still have trounced the indices for the past 9 years, you simply do not count as the average investor. The reason being, 95% (yes, 95%) of mutual funds have trailed the NDX100 this year (source thestreet.com), so you are way near in the top in percentile terms. One question, though. Can you quantify your definition of value? -BGR.
