Thankfully it never got executed. :):) On a serious note... I do think that the SEC has to do something about releasing company info to selective brokerages before the public. Downgrade or upgrade a stock can move over 10% due to one person getting news we can not get. this time for most of us it is a happy event but imagine if you were short or had sold covered calls. Ray
