Any ruling by the FCC on opening RBOC lines for DSL provid-
ers? This will be big if the DSL boys get open access as is
expected. The DSL stocks are moving up in anticipation of
a favorable ruling which is scheduled for today.

Redback will be a huge beneficiary as the gorilla of this
market.
