Richard, I may be wrong, but didn't CL file to sell 100m shares awhile back? Wasn't the stock over $1.50 then? did he file to sell before or after he was making those comments you talked about? Mark

Richard, I think we would only need about three million shares to call a special meeting, maybe less since the 13 million given to JL are restricted maybe they don't vote either. When i was helping with the IPM share gathering we put together about six million shares so three million should not be too difficult. We would need to let the share holders know what is happening and see if enough are interested in their company to help. Paunch
