You'll have to excuse some of us Mike if we feel like doing a little cheerleading this morning. As you can see if you look at the list of postings here at CTXS, I only show up once a week at the most. I'm finding that I learn a lot more about CTXS by listening than talking, but I'll indulge myself a little this morning if you don't mind.

PS Just so my previous post is not misunderstood, when I referred to, "insider," buying I intended it to mean the large customers of CS First Boston and/or buddies of Wendell Laidley. I certainly did not mean insider trading via the CTXS management team.

Thread,
On another subject. With GraphOns(GOJO) purchase of Prologue technology patents, and the addition of the former IBM legal expert Marshall Phelps onboard, isn't the writing on the wall for some type of lawsuit against CTXS? I believe my post may have gotten lost in all the excitement of the 27 point one day runup. But I think it's pretty significant to understand something is coming down the pipe and it doesn't smell good.

Here's my post for those that may have missed it:

Not that I think it's valid based on the speculation the article/writer brings up, but it sure looks like something is going to happen. I think the author got that part right.

PS And the RDP Microsoft issue was, IMHO, significant too.
