This research can be spun any way you want. Remember, whoever "commissions" the research determines the findings. ATHM 96% vs. ALLOTHER 83% ATHM is supposed to be a cadillac with speed. AND 4% of their customers are unsatisfied! This means 40,000 early adoptors will switch in a minute if they find an alternative. Plus their word-of-mouth influence is very important.You need good staffing and knowledge workers to work through these types of customer problems. Expensive for a start-up dynamic which is focusing on getting new customers, not fixing old ones. ALLOTHER means 95% dial-up customers. We know we are not happy. We want speed!
