SEVT in China! Summit Environmental Announces Sales Agreement With Pinnacle Consulting Ltd. Of Hong Kong LONGVIEW, Texas, Oct. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Summit Environmental Corporation Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SEVT - news) announced the completion of negotiations for the sale of its non-toxic, biodegradable industrial cleaners and fire suppressants to Pinnacle Consulting Limited of Hong Kong on October 5. Summit and Pinnacle culminated almost two years of negotiations that resulted in the execution of two exclusive licensing agreements. The first agreement is for the sale and distribution of Summit's products in the territory of Hong Kong and Singapore. Distribution for this region is scheduled to begin immediately. The second distribution agreement is for Japan. In Japan, the process of registering FlameOut(TM) and FirePower 911(TM) with Japanese Standards is just now underway.
