Well, the VP David Downey said he was out of his limit with this. They no longer admit there was any problem with their price quotes. So it must be the quotes I got from CyberCorp and Quote.com were wrong. However, they did not say why their bids were higher than asks often. They also do not know why my orders disappeared in the last three days including today. The help desk had been looking into the problem and will get back to me. I am still waiting. Probably I should not have tried to send orders directly to ECN. If you are to sign up with them, be prepared with lots of patience. JT
