EDGAR Online Chairman Receives Westergaard's Kjakan Award

(NASDAQ: EDGR) today announced that the company's Chairman and Chief Information Officer, Marc Strausberg, will be awarded Westergaard Broadcasting Network.com's prestigious Kjakan Award for his contribution to the spirit of entrepreneurial capitalism. The award will be presented by John Westergaard to Mr. Strausberg today during the 22nd Annual Westergaard MicroMidcap Conference at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City.
