TRAC daily news LOL

NEW YORK, Nov 18, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Track Data Corporation
(Nasdaq: TRAC) today announced it signed a licensing agreement with
privately held Emerging Trade SA (ETSA) and Fincor-Sociedade Corretora
SA ("Fincor"). Fincor is a well-established full service broker-dealer
in Portugal that has operated for approximately 12 years. The agreement
provides trading customers of Fincor with a customized version of
myTrack's Internet-based online trade execution and real-time market
data system.

Barry Hertz, Chairman and CEO of Track Data, said, "This arrangement
provides significant benefits to both parties. myTrack receives
revenues for its real-time market data system plus a per-trade
transaction fee together with another endorsement of its online trading
and market data system for broker-dealers, while ETSA/Fincor gain a
premium market data and online trading service for its customers."

According to Garcia dos Santos, CEO of Fincor, "We are excited to enter
into this arrangement and to get an early entry into the online trading
market in Portugal. We believe the early start will give us a huge
competitive advantage in the market."

"This is an exciting opportunity for the Portuguese financial community,
" stated Paulo Pinto, CEO of Emerging Trade. "We are pleased to start
working with a company of TDC's stature which will allow us to offer an
unequalled combination of value added features," added Paulo Pinto.
ETSA is a Portuguese based company formed to take the lead in building
a Portuguese Internet financial community and to partner with
Portuguese brands combining ETSA proprietary technology to the needs of
individual investors throughout Portugal.

Track Data provides real-time financial market data, news, fundamental
research, charting and analytical services to institutional and
individual investors through dedicated telecommunication lines and the
Internet. The Company also offers online trading through its myTrack
Internet-based personal investment service. myTrack is an
Internet-based software application that is not restricted by the
limitations of an HTML website-based static system offered by virtually
all of its well-known competitors. myTrack delivers a continuous
dynamic stream of live market data and investors' online trading
activity. The system is always connected and is an order of magnitude
faster than competing website-based systems. Download myTrack software
