That guy claiming harassment sounds like a real crybaby. Isn't it terrible when people give you stuff?

Yeah, well I wasn't personally involved in this harassment thing, I just found out about it in an email and thought it was pretty absurd... at first I thought maybe she was sending him porno material (amazon doesn't sell that but maybe in the auctions I was thinking... I don't know)... but anyhoo I don't see any way to send something the person doesn't put on their own list. Anyway I like it, because I can send gifts to relatives this way and not have to deal with shipping and addresses.

Out here these harassment lawsuits are a dime a dozen... this guy just wanted some money out of the company and is hoping they will settle vs. go through the legal process. Whanever an employee gets fired they sue too. But the problem is some protections are needed because a few years ago I know Ellison used to hire guys promising a ton of stock options, that person would come on board, do the work in about a year and then (conveniently) Oracle would target that individual in a layoff... therefore obtaining 100% of the benefit with only 25% of the expenditure (since options vest over 4 years). After that I realize the frivilous lawsuits are a necessary evil... otherwise there would be no checks on this kind of stuff.
