ID Four Ltd. Enters Into Agreement to Bundle enPact Y2k Software Compliance Tool
WAYNE, PA, Nov. 18 /CNW-PRN/ - ID Four Ltd. (OTC:BB-IDFR) is pleased to announce that the company has entered into an agreement to supply the enPact Y2K Software Compliance Tool for bundling distribution with the PCS4Y2K Hardware Fix distributed by Personal Computer Systems 4 Y2K, Inc. of Los Angeles, CA.

Personal Computer Systems 4 Y2K, Inc. (www.pcs4y2k.com) has advised ID Four Ltd. that it will market and distribute the PCS4Y2K software bundle via its network of retail and independent online distributors. In accordance with the agreement, Personal Computer Systems 4 Y2K, Inc. will provide to paid registered users of the PCS4Y2K Hardware Fix, an electronic download of the enPact Y2K Software Compliance Tool. ID Four Ltd. will receive a royalty payment per copy issued.

According to Mr. George Bosy, Director, Personal Computer Systems 4 Y2K, Inc., initial volume distribution to sample the PCS4Y2K Hardware Fix to potential users is approximately 6 million copies with an expected average conversion rate to purchase of 20%. Should a potential user not require a Y2K hardware repair and elect not to register for the PCS4Y2K Hardware Fix, a stand alone download of the enPact Y2K Software Compliance Tool will be made available for sale.

ID Four is pleased to include Personal Computer Systems 4 Y2K, Inc. to the Company's overall distribution efforts. In addition to the bundling agreement with Personal Computer Systems 4 Y2K, Inc., ID Four Ltd. has retail, OEM and online distribution agreements with CompUSA Inc. (www.compusa.com) of Dallas, TX, TLCO Software Inc. (www.tlcosoftware.com) of San Diego, CA and NetSales Inc. (www.netsales.com) of Overland Park, KS.

ID Four Ltd. is under exclusive agreement to market and distribute Cashco Management Inc.'s (www.cashcointl.com) family of enPact software products (www.enpact.com) which include enPact Y2K Software Compliance Tool, enPact SU-Single User and enPact SBE-Small Business Edition 3 User Network Contact Managers.

Cool. Another marketing arrangement, at who knows what terms, with who knows what channel return clauses.

Now really interesting news would be financials. Have they been released yet? Have those AR Brooks shares been spun off?

And what about all of those Cashco web sites? To borrow something from Field of Dreams, does this mean that if you build it they just may not come? So they have to cut a deal with other channel that they can at least send product to, to fill their channel, whether or not they ever sell any software to end users? They wouldn't be trying to play a game of hide the pea here would they?

Time will tell I guess.

So Rhonda, when are those financials a coming? If they are already out just give a holler. I am so tired of looking I have no energy to look again today. (Why bother. Why should today be any different than any other day since Rhonda and her pals took control.)
