HP still owns about 400M shares of Agilent. The expected distribution of those shares is around May 2000.

Although HP has not stated what the ration would be, you can get an idea by dividing the number of HP shares (1.2B) by the number of Agilent shares HP owns (400M).

That means about 1 share of Aglient for every 3 shares of HP.
